Anamorelin - 50 mg
GPCR/G protein
Anamorelin hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable small-molecule ghrelin mimetic with notable appetite-stimulating and anabolic effects. This synthetic compound specifically binds to and activates the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR), mimicking the action of ghrelin to stimulate appetite and promote growth hormone release. By targeting GHSR, anamorelin may also inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and interleukin-6, which are linked to cancer-related anorexia.
